State tax credit question

Hi, Not sure this is the right board to be posting this in... but here goes. I found 1 reference on a website stating that MA allowed an adoption credit to be taken on state income taxes. I've not been able to dig up any other links (the state website is... hard to navigate). Could anyone supply me with a quick link to a document, or confirm/deny that this tax credit exists?
