I am still looking and have had a lot of good input, the names I have been given haven't provides any answers, but I know for every question I ask I am that much closer to finding out answers. I was just blessed with a new baby boy (Joseph, 11-18-03, 7lb13oz, 18" @ 2:16 pm) what a gift. This brings me new found hope and desire. Still Searching, and not giving up hope.
Mark:)
I was thinking if my ** was looking she would not have any trouble finding me I have a Form on every searchable web page in the known universe. I just keep looking, and hoping to one day log on and have a reply. I also have to wonder how many people out there don't still have access to the NET. I would hope that people that were members of the family that did would offer to help, I know I am.
Still looking Mark

Wow, I am seeing this name alot in MS and LA adoptins. I was hoping with a name it might help, but if the other post are any sign then maybe not...:(
But this will not dampen my hopes of finding someone. May the love of God be with you all in your searches, and may you find your dreams.
Mark:)
Well I received the reply I thought I would by reading other post. "I conducted many Adoptions during this time and there were no laws requiring me to keep records. So I am sorry but I have no information, good luck in your search.":( So here I am back to square one, no worse off then I was.;) I will keep looking and hoping.
Mark -
I have some good news...
I finally got the phone number I wanted! School orientation was tonite and I talked to the one teacher (and we had a great talk too, wish that had happened last year). I asked if she'd call for me because - long story short - I needed her to. She called while I was there and got the #. We went out to eat so I'll call tomorrow.
It sounded like she'd been sick, really sick, or her husband?
I have often wondered why there was a roadblock! Is that it? I don't know. She remembered me so I think it will go well. Cross your fingers my memory is not half-cocked.
I will call tomorrow!
I've thought of you often and imagine you are busy with your children, your mother, your family. I hope she is well. I hope all finds you well too.
I'll PM you good news or bad. I HOPE it's good.

I have been taking care of my AD Mother after her stroke, and went through some of her photo books. It seem that I have been told the wrong date for over 40 yrs. My Adoption was on the 16th of November at 10am. Not the 15th. I was gald to have found this out just more info to use for ISO>>>>

I spent the weekend with my AD mother, and asked her some questions about my adoption. OMG Just when I thought I knew what happened the the story changed. I don't mean a little, almost a 180. But for some reason I think I almost have the truth now. She told me that it was indead not Clare, but my ** that handed me over to her. Which leads me to believe that she may know more. (that will have to be the next chapter)
But on a side note I talked to the Chancery Clerk and she thought the due to Med reasons (Blood Type on grandbaby +, Heart problems) that I could recieve the files with all of the info. All I need do is contact an Attorney and have thenm potition the court, and they should be able send them.
So even with that I still would liuke to have the truth from my AD mother.
Life is a gift,
