Relative Adoption

My Fiance's Ex-Girl friend's parents are willing to adopt their 2 year old Grandaughter. Both my Fiance and his Ex agree to this. What do we need to do to get this started? Is it possible to download the forms for a Relative Adoption online and just hand them to the Grandparents?

Without more information, I don't think any of us can answer this. EVERY state's adoption laws are different, so you need to ask your question of an adoption attorney or family law attorney or Legal Aid in the relevant state.
