Many of us deal with on-going challenging behaviors from our kids. They impact how we feel about ourselves, how we deal with daily life, and more. We can all probably make a list of negative ways we're feeling, acting. But I thought it would be helpful to share our definitions and examples of strong emotional health. What indicates that we're on track? What should our goals be for living an emotionally healthy life? What things are we doing right to maintain our emotional health? What does a strong, positive emotionally healthy day feel/look like?
