Official Russian adoption site w/childrens photos

I found a site that posts children available for adoption in several regions of Russia. This site is in Cyrillic, but is easy to use. From what I understand, it is a project that allows the Departments

of Education to post basic information about children currently available for adoption. You can see pictures of these children. This is from the following regions:

Astrakhan

Orel

Pskov

There are more than 100 Children currently published on this website. It is a legitimate site that is not affiliated with any adoption agency. I am not yet sure how you would go about adopting any of these children, you may wish to seek expert advice. But the children are so wonderful looking!

That's a pretty neat site, but I think it is directed only to Russian citizens. One line translated reads:

"The consultational service works only with the citizens of

Russia."
