Adoption loan in MA?

Can anyone tell me if there is a bank in Mass. that offers lower interest adoption loans?

My wife and I rent an apartment - so we're not looking to refinance or take out a 2nd mortgage.

This web site may be helpful to you. I haven't finished reading it yet myself, but found it when I did a search for "adoption loans". There seems to be a lot of resources, including grants you can apply for and information on loans nearer the bottom of the page.
