searching for Mikey

Mikey was born in 1969 and adopted in 1970. He was born in Martinsburg,WVA at Kings Daughters Hospital. His last name at birth was Montgomery. He supposedly grew up in Shepherdstown,WVA. His adoptive mother may have been a nurse. He may have needed surgery at time of adoption. He would be 33 now and would have blonde hair and blue eyes.
