Poll how would you decide?

A baby was found in a dumpster over the weekend. After the story hit the news the mom came forward. She was 25 and had no insurance and no money. The baby was stillborn and had died of natural causes (the full coroner's report). People are saying she should be charged with a crime (minimum charge at this point would be abuse of a corpse). Some are saying she should be left alone. What do you think? This is not meant as a debate, only to get opinions. Please do not attack anyone who does not share the same opinion as you. Pam
