Looking for Adoption Job in MA

Hello All, I'm very interested in pursuing a career in the adoption field, either through an agency or through any sort of child welfare organization. I live about 20 miles west of Boston. I've got my BA in Anthropology, my MEd in Education and a number of years experience in working with computers, customer relations, tech support and client support. I'd certainly appreciate any advice you may have. I'd be willing to work just about any position available to get my foot in the door, and I am also considering either looking at a public service certificate or another masters in a related field. My wife and I are currently in the process of adopting an infant from China. Thanks! Ben
