Trying to find any info on almost adopted sister.

Help anyone. I'm trying to find out any info I can on a little girl who almost became my adopted sister in 1966 or 1967. Her birth name was Esther Cruz and she was in an orphanage in or around Oklahoma City. I think it was a Catholic Orphanage cause it was run by nuns. Esther was Latin American and had some medical problems. If anyone knows anything or if you adopted Esther pls contact me. I don't want to interfear in her life I just would like to know how she is doing. I was an only child and she was the closest I ever got to having a sister if it was only for 9 months.
