hope to adopt

Hello, My husband and I are hoping to adopt. We have a current home study in Missouri. We have been trying to adopt an infant for a few years now. I am a school teacher and my husband works as a computer analyst. We do not have any children of our own. I really do not know where to turn next. We want children so badly.
