Need advice

I was adopted in CT and I have been trying for several months to get in touch with the agency and they have not called me back yet. I have left numerous voice messages and still no reply. I now live in NC and I can't just go there and deal with this. I really need some advice on this subject. If you have any advice, please reply to me either on this site or email skullsntatts@aol.com I was born in June 1976 in Hartford and adopted in the same area within 15 months after my birth according to my adopted parents who refuse to support me in this decision.
