Good for you for starting this group. I am wondering if anyone out there knows of any support groups for single parents in Ohio (Cleveland/Akron) area? Thanks for your help!

Hello Martha,

The group was really easy to start. Just go to Yahoo groups and click on start new group. It will prompt you what to do. Then I went to every message board I can think of and posted that message. In just a few hours I already have six members. Seems to be taking off.

Great idea. I will sign up. I am in the process of adopting a girl from Guatemala, still fairly early in the process. (I have my first home study visit tonight). I have a 9 year old son from my first (and only, so far) marriage. He is pretty skeptical about all this.

I am sure I will have plenty of questions along the way.
