Looking for birth sister

I am looking for my birth sister. She was born in East Tn ( possibly Sweetwater) sometime between May 1959 and July 1963. I know her name at birth was Connie Fay Allison. I was told her adoptive mother was a nurse. More than likely she has blue eyes and blondish hair. One of my brothers and I were adopted by the same family and another brother found us a few years ago. My adopted parents have both passed away and my birth mother passed away 3 years ago. I feel like a piece of me is missing and I would love to know my sister and have my daughte know her aunt. I don't want to disrupt her life but I would really love to meet her just once if that is all I can have. I also want her to know that she is in my prayers everyday.
