Male born 1969 looking for family

I decided to redo this information as I was able to find out more from original paperwork adoptive parents had. I am not sure how accurate all this is ... but its what I have. Note: While talking with someone recently I was told that from some information I provided that my moms last name probably started with a G or an H, probably G. How this person knew this I dont know... Just thought I would toss it up here though. Note2: Also somthing strange is that my adoptive mother has always told me that my real grandfather was an orchestra conductor. She said this was not written anywhere but she knows someone told her that... dunno about this one... once again just thought I would toss it up here. First I want to say that I have been told they can change the date on your birth certificate so we are assuming 7/22 is my Birthday. I was born on July 22 1969 4:16 pm and was 8 lbs. 3 oz. at Duncan Memorial Hospital. Mom was 17 years old 114 lbs 5'1" Interests: Musical, artistic and fashion. Brown hair green/blue eyes, fair complexion. English, Irish, Scottish. Obstitrician: Joesph M. Keith Doctor: Morrow Father is supposed to have these attributes although this is subject to question because maybe my mother was trying to protect the father from her family.... just a thought.
