Angel Guardian in Canada

I am looking for info on how I can find any info on Angel Guardian in Toronto Canada from where I was adopted from. What sort of information is out there. The Angel Guardian I was adopted out of is now closed. I have hit a dead end and can't seem to find any info. I beleive that my father was a minister in Canada and he had an affair with a girl and that is why I was given up. I was also told that my parents died in a car crash.
