Born in Sydney , NS on April 25/56 Looking for Parents

I was born as Marie Elizabeth MacDonald, in Sydney on April 25, 1956 and was adopted by a couple in Havre Boucher, Ant.Co. I am going to be 47 in April but would like to find my parents for health reasons. My mother was about 16 when she had me so she would be about 63 now.
