looking for 1/2 brother born in Little Rock, Arkansas January 1967 or 68

I'm looking for my 1/2 brother who was born in St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. His birth date is January 30, 1968 or possibly 1969. My mother was staying at the Florence Crittenton home for unwed mothers. My mother was staying there under the name Paige Melaine. My mother's real name is Lois Ann Moore.
