iso bmom, bfamily, born june 5 1976

I was born June 5, 1976 in Montreal, Quebec. Apparently named Amy by bmom I was quickly brought home by afamily and named Jacqueline. I was adopted through Social services and, as a result, have had a very difficult time locating ANY info. I have been searching for 10 years. I received non-identifying info a few years ago or so, but all that really told me was that my bparents had siblings, 2 and 1; and that one of my grandparents (father's father?) had already died by the time of my birth.
