Please if anyone knows of my family please contact me. I am in search of information or a link. I was born in Aiea, Hi on 11-28-56 possibly Leward Hospital, delivered by doctor Liljestrand at 9:23 am., if my birth certificate is correct. I was adopted from a foster home staying with an elderly chinese couple who called me Dennis, and brought to the mainland in us to live. I would welcome knowing any siblings or birth family. My Mother was suppose to be a young hawaiian girl and my birth father was a navy service man?? Thank you!!!!

We just discovered this site. My husband was adopted shortly after his birth in 1955. He did get to meet his birthmother who shared that she had another child (male) a year later (1956), adopted by a family with a Chinese last name, who moved to the mainland. The only information that she had was that he was long distance truckdriver on the mainland. Please contact us at kamehonu@hawaii.rr.com.
