hi, i was hoping to reach any of you who have gone through the search process or are currently going through it. i have birth parents names', foster family's name (even #), attending doctor's name, dates, non-ID and other official information, but still, i CANNOT find any of these people. it's like they disappeared all of a sudden. have any of you run into this problem? or would anybody be able to offer help? i'm simply trying to find contact info, but that seems impossible, and i'm not sure what to do next. any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thank you in advance.

Just a thought.....based on the way I was able to locate my birthfamily.......
I went to two different websites -- genealogy.com and ancestry.com. Both of those sites have "surname" message boards, where folks post, looking for ancestors and information for family trees. My mother's maiden name happened to have surname message boards with literally a thousand posts to each. I had some non-identifying information about my grandparents....like the states and years they were born in...and I began searching. I read and read and read....and then one night, I saw a post from a woman who was looking for information about her great grandfather.....he had apparently passed away in a town that was quite near to where I live presently, and it was thru that post that I located a woman who is my own grandfather's cousin. I was lucky, to say the least....but it worked for me. It is something you can do on your own, and it doesn't cost anything. It's worth a shot, anyway!
I wish you luck!
