Recently reunited birthfather and birthdaughter seek her halfsister

Birthfather recently reunited with birthdaughter Krystal Ann Rolfe (adopted name Archibald) seeks both Krystal's half sister Candace Wade (adopted name unknown) given up for adoption in Ottawa in about '87 or 88, now approx. 19 years of age and Krystal's birthmother Michelle Dawn Rolfe (nee Wade) now approx. 37 years of age. Any info would be helpful. This is my daughter's wish that she find both parties involved, and my desire to offer what assistance and info I can.:)
