looking for my birth father

my name is sarah and im looking for my birth father philip edwards my mothers name is sandra back maiden name reid i was adoptied by my step father alan bamber, when i was a baby my mum lived in salford manchester and my birth father lived in warrington manchester, they meet when they where 25 yrs old my father left before i was born he moved from manchester i am not sure when and where to. i was born in hope hospital salford in 1983 . i have been looking for him for 7 yrs and have hadno luck sofar and im not sure how to find him im not even sure if he is dead.:rolleyes:
