I am looking for any birth family I may have out there.
I was born in Eureka Missouri, a little out of St. Louis, in a health clinic that I don't think exists anymore.
I was told that my bmoms name was Verna or Verda Seville. The name on my records is "Baby Girl Seville." I was brought to my adopted parents as a foster child, and named "Penny" for the red hair I was born with on the way to their house.
If any of this sounds familiar, please reply, I have been searching for 5 years with out any luck. Both of my adoptive parents are now deceased, and I found that my adopted mom may have not been totally honest with me concerning the little bit of information that I do have. I wish there was some way to know.
Thanks!

UPDATE:
I have recieved my non ID information, sort of. I now know that my mother was 30ish, and that I had 5 sisters and 2 brothers, all older than I. Surely, someone must remember my mother being pregnant and giving birth in 1961? My mother had me in the only clinic in Eureka, MO.
My grandmother was partial indian. (Osage?)
It seems that my biological mother may be deceased. I am still waiting to hear about that one.
I was named "Baby Girl Seville', but Seville was DEFINITLY a married named, as my non_ID info states that my mother was windowed and unmarried when she had me, and refused to disclose the fathers name.
If ANY of this updated info sounds familiar, my e-mail has changed to
zalabackp@yahoo.com
PLEASE FIND ME! I hate being an "only child" when I know I have so many sisters and brothers.

Not to steal Penny's great news but she has been reunited with her birth sisters!
As soon as she comes down off that roller coaster ride of emotions that a reunion can bring on I hope she will update everyone herself.
But I know this forum well and how important it is to know that people are having successful searches and reunions. It gives so many renew hope that this will to happen for them.
I can't tell you how exciting the last few days have been,
Thanks to "misspiwackit" I have been reunited with my birth sisters!!!!!! My mother passed on in 1983, before I even began my search, but being raised as an only child, I can't tell you the thrill of knowing that I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers left of 6 sisters and 4 brothers. :D
What a contrast from no brothers and sisters, to 3 sisters, neices , nephews, the works!!! I am in 7th heaven, and I have Misspiwackit, to thank for it!
It took her one day to accomplish what I couldn't in 20 years! I just can't thank her, and the others who gave me clues on this board enough! If anyone is knows anyone with needs in the Florida area, I want to be of help to someone else. If feels SO GOOD to be at this end of a search.
So far, our reuinions have been by phone. I have talked to two sisters, and they have notified My only living aunt, nieces, nephews! I have recieved pictures via e-mail, and have been told I look just like my mother, and that my middle daughter is a splitting image of my middle daughter! There is no denying that that I have found my family at last!!!! THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU Misspiwacktit, I owe you a debt, I can't begin to pay, you have changed my life forever. :)
Penny,
Congratulations!!!!! I am soooooo happy for you. After such a long search, you must be in uphoria.
