I was born in Rapid City, on April 9th, 1955, the attending Dr was Dr. Ben Munson. Am searching for siblings, birth parents. Any help is appreciated.

Are you male or female? My mother gave up a baby boy in 1954-55 in Grand Rapid, SD. Baby was possible born at Ellsworth Air Force Base and may have been adopted by the chaplain.
