born 2/28/63 adoption finalized in washington dc 11/21/63. I was placed in my adoptive home 4/25/63. The attorney that handled the adoption was A. Arvin Lynn. The agency was Jewish Social Services Agency of washington dc. I am a female and I was told that at the time of my birth I had a full biological sister that was two years old.
