My Birthmother -- where are you??

I have more information on my birth mother. I was born in Farmington, Connecticut on a Sunday of November 16, 1986. My mother was a smoker, and I think she had financial problems. I also know that she had a lot of trouble giving me up. It took her 8 days to finally sign the papers. Six months after the adoption, she asked for a picture of me and so the court told my parents to send a bad picture and instead they send a good one. I really want to find my mother....I want to kno who she is. I know nothing about my father either. Help me!
