I am searching for my son Cross Collins born in Delaware 9/8/99 at Christiana Hospital. He was adopted by a couple in Delaware that has moved out of the state. Unknown to where they moved too. The wife's name was Tina. They changed his name to Jacob ,so I was told. This is the last picture I received of him. He is now 18 years old. Any information would be helpful.
