1912 or 1907 – 1990

Actress

Eunice Quedens, who was said to be Woody Allen’s favorite comedienne, was known for her performance in Cover Girl and the 1948 series “Our Miss Brooks.”

The devoted actress and comedienne always put her family first. Arden was the mother of four children. She adopted two girls during the 40s and adopted another child early in her second marriage to husband of 33 years, Brooks West. The couple welcomed their biological son in 1953.

Arden claimed that her birthdate was April 30, 1912; however, a spokesman for her family gave her age as 83 after her death, suggesting she was born in 1907.
