Biography

1987-

Welsh singer

Church is one of the world's most successful singers, following in the footsteps of the Welsh boy soprano, Aled Jones. Her career took off in 1997 with the album Voice of an Angel. Her mother married James Church when she was three and he formally adopted her in October 1999. Although she only gets £50 a month pocket money, her income in 1999 was over £6 million.
