Synopsis

Based on a true story about NFL player Michael Oher. It’s about how he grew up and struggled in a broken family and was placed in foster care. He was then taken in by the Tuohy family where they develop love for him and gave him a home. As they help him in school, Mrs. Tuohy suggests he tries football. He joins the football team and learns the sport and becomes very successful in life.

Review

This is a very powerful movie that shows what can happen to some foster children and what being adopted will do for them. This film shows the importance of loving and caring for others no matter the circumstance. The acting is superb and a very good family movie. There are moments of adult content and mild violence.
