Do I have a birth brother born in October/November 1958 in Baltimore?

Hello, Everyone. Before my father married my mother, apparently he fathered a son who was born in Baltimore, Maryland in October or November 1958. I would like to try to locate this person. He has six half-brothers and sisters who would like to meet with him. Thanks.
