Can you share with me anything that worked with your children? I am in the trenches right now. I have 2 daughters we adopted. We got them when they were 15 mo and 4 mo old. They are now both 3 and we have tried all different discipline method . Nothing works and nothing affects them. They know the rules and just ignore them....and they don't sleep well. They wake up all throughout the night and just start playing. Lack of sleep makes their behavior worse and it is a cycle. I am exhausted and feel like I don't know how to parent them. I too was sitting here asking God why He gave me these kids because I am not doing a good job. I have 2 biological children as well but they are boys so very different. I don't know how to parent them because every day I am even more exhausted with their behavior. Any suggestions of what worked would be appreciated. I would walk through fire for them, but I am afraid if I don't get them obeying now I will have a losing battle forever.
