His Drivers License is expired, so only legal document he has is SS ...New here. My half-brother was adopted by my dad when he was about 5. Never had a need for adoption records until now and he is 61. His Drivers License is expired, so only legal document he has is SS card and that is not enough to get a photo ID. Here is the difficult part, we have no idea which state he was adopted in. We tried the most likely and no record there. Any suggestions? Thank You
