Hello! I just saw your post. Like the previous poster said, contact your adoption worker right away. Do not give up hope! Since you mentioned there might be another child on the way, the adoption worker will probably looking to place them together (if you are willing, you should tell the adoption worker this.) It doesn't sound like the current Foster mom would be prepared for that, since she is on the fence with the one little boy. I have always been sensitive to the previous Foster parents. A year is a long time to have a child in your home. Of course they are going to be closely bonded (which it a huge benefit to the child). I have always stayed in contact with the Foster parents of our two little ones. It is part of their history.
