domestic AA/bi-racial infant process in NJ

Hi. This is my first post to Adoption Forums. We did an international adoption in 2000 but need to clarify how the domestic process works in New Jersey. Can someone fill us in on good agencies to use for a domestic AA or bi-racial infant adoption? How does the fingerprinting work in NJ? Can adoptive parents use an adoption facilitator vs. agency. (I know you need an agency to do the homestudy). Has anyone finalized in another state who resides in NJ? As you can tell, I need some education in this area. Any information you can provide on these subjects would be helpful. Thank you.
