Christian nonprofit facilitators are also a very good way to go. They are helpful with counselling, all services to birth mom's are free and you get to choose the family to raise your child and the degree of openness in the adoption. If you would like more information, please e mail us at: hollifieldadoption@yahoo.comBlessings to you!

Now I have a great career, a wonderful husband, three incredible children God blessed me with. It is amazing what you can do when you know you have to. When you give birth to your child you will feel love like you have never even dreamed of. You will have to work hard and you will loose your innocence so to speak, but you will still be a young woman when your child is grown. (I will only be 43 when my youngest child is 20.) If you give your child away to total strangers, you will live the rest of your life hating yourself. Think about it. You can't change your mind about adoption. And as far as open adoptions go, most states do NOT enforce and agreement between the mother and the adoptive people. That means if they agree to send you pictures and keep you informed as to your childs where abouts, and they do not, you have no recourse. Your child could be lost to you forever. Think very, very hard before you give your child away.

Every year they send me photo's and I can watch him grow and know that instead of aboration I gave him a chnce to live and be someone. The family I choose were wonderful people and every year or two I get photo's of him. I've also got a couple video tapes of him its great. Just relax and choose a family where you know your child will be love and cared for. Good Luck to you!
