I have always known that I was adopted. As a child, it really didn't matter much. My sister, who is 13 years older, and also adopted (not from the same BP's) has always known too. Our aparents were very open with that, but not forthcoming with any other info.
My aparents were in their 50's when I was adopted. My afather raised me as a tomboy, and a Yankees fan. I had a good life, until my afather passed away when I was 8. My amother and I have spent the last 31 years locking horns. :) Honestly, she did as well as she could considering what an awful teen I was.
It wasn't until I had children of my own that I began my search.
It was then that I was asked all of those "family medical history" questions, that I had no answer for.
Fortunately, my children are healthy and all is well.
I have been searching for 14 years. Some days I don't think about it....and some days, I look in the mirror, and wonder who I look like, what nationality I am, and where my bfamily is.
Someday I hope to find out.

Same Here Didnt Really Care At First Bou Bp Until My First Child When The Family History Question Popped Up, Then Had Blood Test Sayin I Carried A Trait For Cystic Fybrosis Thank God Nothing Is Wrong With Me Or My Children. But It Did Raise A Flag Would Like To Find Biological Family Now. I;ve Always Known As Well For One My Parents Told Me N For 2 It Was Basically Common Sense I Am Mixed With Black And White But My Parents Are Both Black Lol So.

I am searching for my adopted sister. Her Name at birth was
Rose Ann Saccone. She was born June 3, 1964 in Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY. She was adopted 1966 in Queens, NY from the adoption agency named Angel Guardian at the time, and now named Mercy First in Brooklyn NY.
Her birth mother is Louise Saccone, and Birth Father, Clifford Morrison. Her adopted parents lived in Queens, NY at the time.
I believe she has no idea she was adopted. Most likely her name and possible BC # was changed on her second birth certificate, along with her parent’s name.
The last 5 numbers of birth certificate # are -13554.
Please check your recent birth certificate that you ordered, and check to see if the last five numbers are the same. Please let me know if the last 5 numbers match on you birth certificate number.
She has both of her Biological parents, two full sisters and five half sisters wanting to find her.
