Does anyone have any experience or know anything about this agency? It claims to be one that places many AA and bi-racial babies. It seems that in the past, we had thought that their fees were due 'at match'. I've recently received info telling me that this isn't true with their AA or bi-racial baby program.

If anyone is interested in Adoption Center of Choice.....I now can fill you in on some particulars.
To adopt an AA baby.......the fee is 13,500. This does not include finals. Our attorney in our home state, charges around $2500 for finals. We figured that with their fees, our fees, flying out there (Utah)....and hotel stay......we'd be spending around $18-20,000 for a baby.
While their services may be good, their fees are much higher than many other agencies.
