Please Help, looking for BF, Who can help?

I am trying to surprise my fiance. I have been looking all over forums for help searching for his birthfamily. We have very little information. Only the city, hospitals original name, and only non identifying information on the BF. I would like to surprise him by finding his BF before our 2004 wedding. His mom is old fashioned and does not like to discuss his adoption. Is there anyone or agent in Arkansas that helps locate BF for free or a small charge? Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. We both live in LR, Arkansas. He was born in Blytheville, AR. I just do not know where or how to search with such limited information. Do you have any suggestions?
