Looking for my parents

I'm in a wierdish boat. I'm trying to contact my mother and father. I was not adopted, however they did adopt a little russian girl, Katia. Once that happened they stopped talking to me and hace changed numbers and addresses a few times making it very costly for me to try and find them and this is my last shot at it before I look at hiring a P.I. if anyone has any information about them.
