Where R U? 1967-1/2 brother born

I am 22 years old and found out I have a Half brother born in January of 1967.. My mother was young and her parents forced her to give the child up. The boy's father was a Fred Lee(?). I want my mother to meet the son she never had and I would like to know the brother I always wanted. My mother and I are very close and I would love to catch up on lost time and start a relationship with him..
