Deafness

I am majoring in Deaf Studies, but foster parenting has always fascinated me. The unbridled love and support that foster parents show children is unbelieveable, and I am in awe of everything foster parents do for their chidren. I am looking for information, resources, materials, etc. for caring for deaf children. Do the parents facing this somewhat unique situation have the support and access to the resources needed to help these children deal with the hand that God gave them? If there is anyone here who can even just point me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative. Thank you very much, ThursdaysChild
