State Financial question

WE have three adopted children from Montgomery county childrens Services in Dayton Ohio. We receive a state supplement check each month for each of the children. Our question is does this ever get reevaluated for cost of living. The children do not have any special needs. We have talked to other adoptee families who recieve a much larger supplement. How is this determined by the State of Ohio? We have talked to the benefits department at our local agencey and he replies that the amount is set at time of adoption, is that true? Where would we go in the state of Ohio to find out how these guidelines are determined. Thank you Tamra Hamlett
