looking for birth mom and twin sister

I was born in Quebec City, St Patricks parish. I have health reasons for finding my mom or dad. also was separated from twin at 5 months when I was adopted by some people from Kansas. my birth date is sept.21, 1954. My moms maiden name was Parent. my birth name was Marie Gilberte`Parent. My mom was 18 yrs. and my dad was 23 yrs and the oldest of 14 children at the time. He came from the country and farmed in the summer and cut wood in the winter. My mom was a city girl. 5'7" and slender, dad was 5'10" and well built. Thanks for any help.
