Hi. I am helping a friend locate her bsister.. The info we have right now is she was born in 1974 in Morristown. Her mother signed her over to Department of Human services when the child was around 3 years old. Anyone with any info please let me know...She has a sister and 3 brothers waiting to meet her.

I was born in Morristown 7/22/74, but was adopted at 4 months, not 3 years. Bmom signed away rights at 3 months, and I was places 1 month later. So, 1974, Morristown, and 3 match - just months not years.
