Good Afternoon,
I'm writing on behalf of my mother Joann.
Her birthdate is believed to be September, 29, 1951.
She was born in Brooklyn, New York.
She was placed at the Angel Guardian Home in Brooklyn, New York and evenetually was adopted by a great family. She does not know much abour her birth mom or dad. Several years ago she contacted the Angel Guardian Home. They were able to give her a last name of Sicilia or possibly Cecillia, I do not have the paperwork in from of me to verify that spelling.
They Angel Guardian Home was not clear if this was the birth mother's or Fathers last name.
They also gave her details regarding her birth mom and dad, who were believed to be not married at the time. They supposedly had met at a dance. :)
They also mentioned in the letter that her birth mothers, mother(which would be her grandmother) had deep vericous veins. And both familes(Birth mom and Dad) were belived to be of Italian Decent. Not sure if any of this is 100 percent accurate.
Does any of this ring a bell. Please drop me a line, I'm anxious to hear. My mom is still alive and would love to meet family if still living. I could provide more details if any of this sounds familiar. Personal email address is below.
Thanks, Christina
