Same Sex Couple Adoptions

Sorry, Guatemala only allows single or married heterosexuals to adopt. I don't know of --any-- international countries that allow adoptions by gays or lesbians, single or coupled. I do know that in some states domestic adoptions (usually via foster care) are legal for same sex couples. Best wishes to you and your partner.

Thanks for responding. We met with an adoption agency who said the same thing. I'm not giving up and we will probably try the domestic route. Happy holidays! Paul
