need to find half brother born in manitoba

I am looking for my half brother. He was adopted out of Brandon Manitoba. I would really like to make contact with him to see how things are and to learn more about him.

I am looking for my brother who would now be about 37 years old. There are medical conditions in my family that he needs to know about. I know who the birth parents are and who the grand parents are, where he was adopted out of and his approxamate birthday. If someonw can give me advise on how to start looking that would be great. It is very important that i find him cause he is probably already having health problems and i would like to let him know the extent of all the medical conditions. so if anyone can help me get started that would be wounderful thanks
