Arc What Is It And How Is It Work?

Hi everyone its me Zee, I have a question and I was wondering if someone can help me find an answer to my question. Today I call my sw to let her know that I have all my ғpet paper work in. I had my home study done but she said that in order to have my home study complete I needed to have my dog checked up and so on. So anyways when I called her today she tells me that she is no longer my sw, and that she gave my case to ARC. So I asked her what is ARC and she explan to me what the letter stand for but told me nothing else. She said that I would have a different sw that works for ARC. So can anyone tell me a little bit more about what ARC is? I live in NJ Thanks Zee
